 There are two ways to request for new or reset password. 1) You can contact SQM Administrator at lailanie.loresto@toshiba.co.jp, lorrein.tapay@toshiba.co.jp or call (049) 541-2030 local - 3504/3523 2) At SQM Web Homepage, Click Forgot Password and follow the steps (Full Name, Email Address & SQM Administrator Email Address) then Click Send, your request will automatically send to SQM Admin. Wait for Reset Password Notification via email from TIP SQM ADMIN and follow the instructions carefully.

 If you wish to change your password, please follow these steps: 1. When you are logged in, hold the cursor at the top right of the SQM Website page. 2. Select the change password. 3. In the user change information input the Old password and your New password then Click Save.

 If you encountered this kind of situation, please contact SQM Administrator immediately to activate your account. The account deactivation is a SQM system requirement it is happened if the user of the account did not use the SQM Website for longer time.  If you received this kind of error in SQM Web especially during uploading of files. There are the reasons why?, 1) Slow connection at your side 2) Time or session already lapse 3) File maximum size exceeded In order to avoid this error, all you have to do is to check your connection, session time and file size refresh the system and re-upload again, if error still occur please contact your IT specialist or the SQM Administrator.

 If you experienced this kind of error, all you have to do is to refresh your browser and log-in again. The system may just hang-up due to system updates. If still encountered please contact system Administrator.

 There are required size in attaching file in QM_QA, MNR and others. See below: a. File should not exceed with 5mb b. File extension that accept are (xls, xlsx, ppt,pttx,pdf,png,jpeg,jpg,doc,docx) c. Dont use special charaters in creating File name d. Multiple attachment are allowed

Firefox 27,26,24 (Not compatible for 5M1E Module) IE11,IE10, Google Chrome 32,30,26 but compatible in uploading Supplier OGI Data
